Pygmy tribe

Tiny pygmies live in Greenland, since in the proximity of the North Pole the firmament is so low that those who are full-grown are incapable of walking there. These bellicose pygmies have the powers of a giant: they bravely attack those who are larger that invade their area. Occasionally they fight against flocks of cranes and in these instances they ride she-goats.
